🦺 Safety Recognition – Memphis Branch Kelvin Street and Colby Campbell, Operators out of our Memphis branch, were recently recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding Service to Safety and awarded Tuffy Coins for their actions on the job. 🛑 Kelvin identified an unsafe lifting and positioning risk during a drilling operation and used Stop Work Authority to address it before it became an incident. ⚠️ Colby recognized a potential lead paint hazard prior to cutting and paused work until it could be properly tested and addressed. In both cases, their awareness and willingness to speak up helped prevent potential injuries and exposure on site. This is what safety looks like at Penhall — recognizing risks early and taking action to protect the team.
